What are your credentials?

In the wedding related business, Weddings Beautiful is one of top organizations in the United States who provide professional training for wedding coordinators. After the training course, our wedding specialist - Thuong Tran, was certified and she is now competent in all the multi faceted details of wedding planning. Whether the wedding is Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, Buddhist, secular or other considerations, we know how to guide the bride in making suitable decisions.
Will you stay within my budget?
We will sit down with you, go over the budget, negotiate with vendors who can work within each segment of the proposed budget. We are trained to seek out the important things the brides want and give top priority to them. For example, one bride's dream may be having magnificently dramatic floral decoration, versus a simple arrangement. To pay for more flowers, labors and effort; the budget may have to be adjusted in other departments, maybe a bit less spent for food or number of musicians.
Am I obligated to use the vendors you suggest?
Bythuongtran offers a variety of vendors. We understand among the vendors, who specialize in certain "looks": flowers with flair versus the traditional arrangements - for example. We know the price range each vendor works within and suggest to you accordingly. Should you have your own preferences, you are perfectly free to use them, either on your own or through having us contact them. We do not take commissions from vendors so our integrity is never in question. Any savings possible are passed along to the wedding families.
I have some difficult family situations. How can you help?
Often times a third party can reason with and persuade others to do the right thing simply because she is not emotionally involved with the situation. While we cannot guarantee that we can solve every problem, we are trained and also have experience and expertise in dealing with unpleasant family situations, usually the result of divorce such as: handling wedding invitations, proper seating at wedding reception, situations involving step parents, etc.
As a bride, I also want to plan my wedding more or less. I don't want someone to "take over" all my planning. How do "I" fit in with "you"?
A professional coordinator walks the fine line between taking charge and taking control. Bythuongtran will share with you the preferred way from a traditional viewpoint. However, after telling you what is socially correct and practical, we will take your direction. Our goal is to bring all the components of your wedding together in the manner that pleases you.
What about a refund policy should my wedding be canceled?
Bỵthuongtran has contracts with every bride we work with. The contract clearly states the refund policy and is usually based on the number of hours we have worked on the wedding plans. Each bride is advised to read the contract, have her questions answered and then agree with all the terms before signing it.
I do not need a full-service planner as I have already chosen some of my vendors, yet I would feel more comfortable having someone checking out everything at the reception. Is that something you can do?
Bythuongtran offers different levels of service from planning the entire wedding to attending the rehearsal, wedding or reception only. You pay only for what we provide. Reasonable hourly fees are charged when you only need help with a few details.

Bythuongtran provides a worry-free wedding for our brides. What we do is turn a bride's dream into a wedding day reality. It is our responsibility to monitor every detail and take charge of any unforeseen circumstances.
